The Living Areas
Sixteen-foot ceilings rise above the great room — a single, double-height volume where the living and dining rooms unfold under a wall of glass. The kitchen is full and unhurried. Sliders open to the lower balcony, and the trade winds do the rest.

The Bedrooms
All three are upstairs, one flight above the noise of the day. The master takes the king bed, an ensuite bath, and a private balcony of its own. The second carries a queen and another balcony; the third is built for the small ones, a full bed with a twin bunk above.

The Terrace
Above the bedrooms, a private upper terrace — open to the sky, set against the pool below and the long line of the Atlantic beyond. A place to begin, and a place to end.
